Built in 2007, this air-conditioned city hotel comprises 35 rooms and offers guests 24-hour reception, luggage room, luggage handling, shoe cleaning service and a soda machine. In addition there is a terrace, lobby area, bar and restaurant. The hotel includes a conference room with a capacity for 70-100 persons and includes all the technical equipment needed for a business conference: a video-projector, flipchart, magnetic board and projection screen. The hotel also offers its guests a shuttle bus and car rental service. Special services at the hotel include luggage storage and handling, shuttle bus, shoe cleaning, business centre, conference facilities, soft drinks machine, terrace and car hire. There is a convention room available for 70 to 100 people, which is complete with all the technical equipment needed for a business conference, such as a video projector, a flipchart, a magnet board and a projection screen.
